Jessica was 15 years old and Dave was 16. They met in high school – Jessica’s sophomore year and Dave’s junior year – in Mr. Sorensen’s journalism class. Jessica and Dave worked on the high school newspaper, The Wolf Pack Press, together. They spent long hours after school working on the newspaper and over time they became friends and then eventually started dating. Dave even joined the track team for a short stint just so he could spend more time with Jessica. Even though they ended up going to two different colleges, Jessica and Dave have stayed together through all these years. |
